    - Clean - Beautiful movement, industrial
    hygiene and safety and fire prevention, environment protection and workers'
    health care. Attending the examination, there were Mr. Nghiem Xuan Huong
    (Provincial Commissioner, Permanent Vice Chairman of General Confederation
    of Labour of Bac Giang province), Ms.
    Nguyen Thi Hop (Vice Chairman of Vinachem’s Trade Union) and leaders of the
    Company.

    During the third quarter, Trade Union directed the local trade unions to promote propaganda
    activities, launched emulation movements to celebrate 1000th anniversary of
    Thang Long - Hanoi, Congress of Vinachem’s employees the Sixth, the Congress of
    Patriotic emulation movement the third, etc, promoted the campaign “Study and
    follow Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples”, implemented the Resolution on “Building
    Vietnam working class in Modernisation – Industrialisation period. Under the
    guidance of Executive committee, 13 local trade union held their congress, strengthened
    the organization and operated stably.

    package on reforming and increasing the capacity of the plant up to 500,000
    urea tpy with a joint venture contractor which consists of Technology and
    Technique Company of China Machine Export and Import Corporation and CECO.
