During the third quarter, Trade Union directed the local trade unions to promote propaganda
activities, launched emulation movements to celebrate 1000th anniversary of
Thang Long - Hanoi, Congress of Vinachem’s employees the Sixth, the Congress of
Patriotic emulation movement the third, etc, promoted the campaign “Study and
