• Examining industrial safety and hygiene at companies in the South

    From Sep 13 – 17th 2010, Labour
    Safety Board examined industrial safety and hygiene and fire-explosion
    prevention and fighting 2010 at Vinachem’s companies in the South. Mr. Ngo Manh Hoai, Deputy President of Vinachem
    cum Chairman of Labour Safety Board leads the examination deligation, Ms.
    Nguyen Thi Hop, Vice Chairman of Viet Nam Industrial Chemical Trade Union, Mr. Chu
    Van Nguyen, Head of Technical Department, Mr. Pham Van Chuong, Deputy Head of
    Organisation – Personnel Department and other members of Labour Safety Board
    are the members of the deligation.

    According to Award and Emulation
    Board of Vinachem, on Aug 27th 2010, Prime Minister signed Decision
    No 1597/QD – TTg and Decision No 1598/QD – TTg on awarding Cerficates for 7
    collectives and 21 individuals of Vinachem for their excellent achievements
    during 2005-2009 and 2007-2009, contributing to the Socialism construction and
    the Fatherland defence cause.

    The thirteenth Trade Union Meeting of Niferco was
    held on Sep 4th 2010 at the Great Hall of the Company. Attending the
    Meeting, there were Mr. Phan Tien Dzung – Chairman of Vinachem’s Trade Union,
    Mr. Hoang Huu Nen – Vice Permanent Chairman of Ninh Binh Province’s Labour
    Confederation, Mr. Pham Manh Ninh – Secretary of Niferco’s Party cum Chairman
    of the Management Board cum Director of Niferco, and 86 people representating
    for 350 trade unionists of the Company.
