Located in Khanh Phu Industrial Park, Yen Khanh District, Ninh Binh Province, Ninh Binh Fertilizer One Member Limited Company is a state-owned enterprise under the Vietnam National Chemical Group. Established in 2011, with a charter capital of VND 2,500 billion and a workforce of nearly 1,000 employees, the company operates one of the largest fertilizer production projects in the country. With a capacity of 1,760 tons of urea per day (560,000 tons of urea per year), the Ninh Bình Nitrogenous Fertilizer plant not only contributes to meeting domestic demand but is also gradually affirming its position in the international market.
Benefiting from modern production lines imported from Europe, including Air Liquide (France) air separation technology, Shell (Netherlands) coal gasification, Linde (Germany) gas purification, Haldor Topsoe (Denmark) ammonia synthesis, and Snamprogetti (Italy) urea synthesis, Ninh Binh Urea products achieve high quality, meeting international standards. Ninh Binh Urea has a nitrogen content of ≥46.3%, biuret ≤1.0%, moisture ≤0.4%, uniform particle size, and less clumping thanks to the addition of an anti-caking agent during the granulation process. The sturdy double-layered packaging, available in white or yellow, helps preserve the product well under various storage conditions.
Building on a foundation of stable technology and quality, Ninh Binh Urea products serve not only the domestic market but are also exported to many countries such as South Korea, India, Malaysia, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines. In the first quarter of 2025, the company's total urea consumption reached 132,062 tons, completing 29.5% of the annual plan and showing a slight increase compared to the same period in 2024.
Beyond investing in production, the company places special emphasis on brand promotion and development. Numerous programs including product introduction conferences, gift-giving to farmers, media advertising, and signage for Tier 1 and Tier 2 dealers have been implemented synchronously.
