On March 20, 2025, in Lao Cai, Vietnam Apatit Limited Company (VINAAPACO) held the 2025 Employees Representative Conference.
The conference was attended by Mr. Phung Quang Hiep, Member of the Government Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Members' Council of Vietnam Chemicals Group; Mr. Le Hoang, Deputy General Director of the Group; Mr. Nguyen Huy Thong, Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Union; representatives of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation; and more than 200 delegates representing nearly 2,000 workers.
In 2024, despite facing many difficulties, with the spirit of solidarity, democratic centralization, dynamism, and creativity of the leadership and employees, along with the close and regular guidance of Vietnam Chemicals Group, the company's production and business results achieved favorable results, exceeding the 2024 Employee Representative Conference Resolution, employee jobs were basically maintained, and income was stable and growing compared to previous years. Specifically: Industrial production value (at actual prices): 3,523 billion VND, achieving 110.7% of the plan; Total revenue: 3,749.2 billion VND, achieving 114.9% of the plan; Pre-tax profit: 581.2 billion VND, achieving 178% of the plan; Budget contribution: 678.6 billion VND, an increase of 10.7%; Average salary: 17.696 million VND/person/month, achieving 135% of the plan.
During the year, the Company defined labor quotas according to the standards of each unit as a basis for building the salary fund and product contract unit prices in accordance with the Company's Labor Quota and Arrangement and Use Regulations, aiming for economy, streamlining, and basically meeting the Company's production and business needs, contributing to increasing labor productivity. The Company issued Salary Distribution Regulations based on the principles of publicity, democracy, transparency, and distribution linked to productivity and efficiency; Salary settlement and distribution were fully implemented according to regulations. Regular inspection and supervision of labor arrangement and use and salary and income distribution of units were carried out, while employee rights and regimes were fully and correctly implemented in accordance with state and company regulations.
The company completed the safety inspection of dams and tailing ponds, and completed environmental permits for 06 projects. Organized technical safety, fire prevention and fighting (FPF) training, periodic training, and specialized training for 827 people, ensuring quality, quantity, progress, and specified time; Trained 208 people on FPF and rescue work organized by the Lao Cai Provincial Police. Performed periodic inspection and testing of railway equipment; Registered and inspected transport vehicles and specialized construction vehicles... Organized good health care for employees throughout the Company, specifically: Periodic health check-ups, employee health classification; labor environment inspection; first aid training; initial health care; Arranged and assigned work for employees suitable to the health of each individual, in accordance with the law.
Along with continuing to maintain development, stabilize production and business, and improve the lives and incomes of employees, the Company always pays attention to implementing social security, charity, and humanitarian work, caring for the lives of employees with a total amount of 38.5 billion VND. Organized social activities such as supporting districts and cities with difficult families, policy families, funds, and other activities inside and outside the province; Supported people affected by floods caused by Typhoon No. 3 (Yagi)... Organized 200 employees to participate in blood donation. Arts and sports activities were also regularly cared for by the Company: ensuring facilities and conditions for sports training for employees. Maintained regular activities of sports clubs; organized basic and advanced sports classes... creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere on the occasion of holidays during the year and the Company's traditional day.
