"On April 25, 2025, Lam Thao Fertilizers & Chemicals Joint Stock Company (LAFCHEMCO) successfully held the Labor Conference  2025 and summarized the patriotic emulation movement for the 2020-2025 period. The conference was attended by Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp - Member of the Executive Committee of the Government Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Member Council of the Group; Mr. Nguyễn Văn Quý - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Group's Party Committee; Mr. Đào Trọng Cường - Deputy General Director of the Group; Mr. Nguyễn Huy Thông, President of the Vietnam Industrial Chemical Trade Union; Representatives of the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation, along with 460 delegates representing more than 1,800 employees of the Company.

The conference heard the report on the results of implementing the 2024 Employee Conference Resolution, and the tasks and solutions for 2025. According to the report, in 2024, the Company faced numerous difficulties and challenges. Global geopolitical fluctuations and trade wars severely impacted raw material prices and supply. Consecutive natural disasters and floods in many northern provinces reduced product consumption demand. The fertilizer market faced significant pressure due to strong fluctuations in NPK raw material prices and unstable consumer sentiment. Notably, the declining quality of apatite ore (P₂O₅ content decreased by 0.68%) forced the Company to reduce production output, negatively affecting business results.   

In this context, the leadership and all employees united, made efforts to overcome challenges, maintained stable production and business operations, ensured employment, and gradually improved the living standards of employees. The Company’s products continued to maintain their brand reputation, diversified in types, and were trusted by consumers due to a focus on investing in research, developing new products, and improving quality.

By implementing comprehensive management solutions, promoting the application of science and technology, and optimizing production and business operations, the Company exceeded the targets set by the 2024 Employee Conference Resolution. Specifically: Industrial Production Value (Actual Price): VND 3,380 billion, by 102% of the plan; Fertilizer Production Output 823,929 tons, by 101% of the plan, up 4% compared to the same period; Sales Revenue and Service Provision VND 3,600 billion, by 106% of the plan, up 2% compared to the same period; Pre-tax Profit VND 216.19 billion, by 159% of the plan, up 16% compared to the same period; State Budget Contribution: VND 85.89 billion, by 170% of the plan, up 136% compared to the same period; Chemical Products (simple alum, double alum, sodium bisulfite, sodium fluoride...) were produced and supplied fully, meeting market demand. Employees had stable employment, with an Average Income of VND 17.25 million/person/month.
