April 22, 2025, Binh Dien Fertilizers Joint Stock Company (BFC) held the 2025 Employee Representative Conference and summarized the emulation movement for the period 2020–2025. At the conference, many outstanding achievements in production, business operations, and employee welfare were recognized, contributing to a vibrant, united, and effective emulation atmosphere throughout the enterprise.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú – General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group, stated that:

Entering 2025 – the final year of the five-year plan, with intertwined opportunities and challenges, he requested the Company to continue promoting the spirit of innovation and solidarity, accelerate digital transformation, enhance competitiveness, expand markets, take good care of employees' lives, and strongly promote the value of the "Đầu Trâu Fertilizer" brand associated with sustainable development and social responsibility.

Impressive Results Amidst Many Challenge

Reporting at the conference, Mr. Ngô Văn Đông – General Director of the Company, said: 2024 was a volatile year due to the impact of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, natural disasters, storms, sharp fluctuations in input material prices, and increasing competitive pressure in the market. However, with resilience and a flexible business strategy, Binh Dien achieved results beyond expectations.

Specifically, production output reached 731,352 tons, by 129% of the plan; consumption output reached 728,923 tons, by 128% of the plan; pre-tax profit of the parent company reached 376.214 billion VND, by 235% of the annual plan. These figures are proof of the stable and sustainable development of the enterprise amidst the general difficulties of the agricultural and fertilizer industries.

Caring for Employees – Motivation for Development

Another notable highlight is that the average income of employees in 2024 reached over VND 24 million/month, equivalent to 183.4% of the plan. Bình Điền Fertilizer also fully implemented prescribed regimes and policies such as social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, while ensuring other benefits according to the collective labor agreement, thereby creating peace of mind, commitment, and dedication among the workforce.

According to assessments by fertilizer industry experts, Bình Điền has been successfully maintaining the position of the "Đầu Trâu Fertilizer" brand – one of the leading brands trusted by farmers both domestically and internationally. The companionship of the dealer system and traditional partners over the past time has become a solid foundation helping the company overcome the most difficult times.

Not only focusing on product quality, Bình Điền also continuously innovates in marketing and technical consulting. Programs such as "Smart Farming Adapting to Climate Change" have been effectively implemented, helping farmers improve productivity and reduce risks in unusual weather conditions. In addition, the company regularly organizes seminars, talks, and produces technical guidance videos to support farmers in applying scientific and technical advances to production.

2025 Orientation: Proactive – Creative – Adaptive

Entering 2025, amidst forecasts of a still volatile and unfavorable market, Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company aims to produce and consume 605,000 tons of fertilizer, while continuing to promote research and development of high-nutrient product lines suitable for the shift in crop structure and the requirements of climate-adaptive agriculture.

The company also plans to put into production several new products that were successfully tested in 2024. Simultaneously, there are plans to consolidate the domestic market and expand into international markets such as Cambodia, Laos, and the Philippines – potential areas without a complete distribution system.
