Thailand's PTT Vietnam refinery project moves one step closer

Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has agreed in principle to the
construction of a huge refinery and petrochemical complex by Thailand's PTT
in the central Vietnamese province of Binh Dinh, a senior regional politician
