On March 20, 2026, Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Joint Stock Company successfully held its 2026 Employee Delegates Conference. Attending the event were Mr. Phung Quang Hiep, Member of the Party Committee of the Government, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Members’ Council of the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem); Mr. Dao Trong Cuong, Deputy CEO of Vinachem; Mr. Nguyen Huy Thong, Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union; along with 77 delegates representing 360 employees across the Company.

2025 Results and Employee Welfare

In 2025, despite numerous challenges such as rising input material prices, shortages of apatite ore supply, and the impacts of natural disasters, the Company achieved highly positive results.

All key production and business indicators were met and exceeded: revenue reached VND 1,756 billion, profit reached VND 213.17 billion, and total sales volume exceeded 335,000 tons. The average monthly income of employees reached VND 27.15 million per person, nearly a 50% increase compared to 2024.

The Company continues to affirm its position as one of the most efficient units within Vinachem, while fully fulfilling its obligations to the State and ensuring employment, income, and benefits for employees.

At the same time, movements promoting innovation and technical improvements were strongly encouraged, generating many valuable initiatives that contributed to higher productivity, improved product quality, and better working conditions.

The Company consistently identifies employees as the center of its development. In 2025, 100% of employees had labor contracts, full insurance coverage, and enjoyed all benefits in accordance with regulations.

Meal quality was improved; working conditions were enhanced; and health care, occupational safety, and labor protection were given due attention. Social welfare activities and support for disadvantaged employees were effectively implemented.

Notably, the Company effectively implemented grassroots democracy regulations, organized regular dialogues, and promptly addressed employees’ concerns and recommendations.

2026 Tasks and Directions from Group Leadership

In 2026, the Company aims to achieve revenue of over VND 2,100 billion, profit of over VND 233 billion, production output of 315,000 tons, and to maintain the average employee income at over VND 27 million per person per month.

To achieve these targets, the Company will implement key solutions, including: stabilizing production; proactively securing raw material supply and strictly controlling costs; accelerating technological innovation to improve labor productivity; expanding markets and diversifying products; strengthening governance and discipline; ensuring occupational safety; and expediting investment projects, particularly the relocation project in Bim Son.

In parallel, the 2026 emulation movement will be widely launched under the spirit of “unity – creativity – efficiency,” aiming to comprehensively fulfill production and business targets.

In his directive speech, Mr. Phung Quang Hiep acknowledged and highly appreciated the Company’s serious and responsible preparation and organization of the conference, affirming that the report comprehensively reflected business performance and the collective efforts of employees.

He emphasized that in the coming period, the Company should more deeply and candidly assess its shortcomings, especially identifying subjective causes to develop practical and feasible solutions. Amid ongoing market volatility, the Company must enhance forecasting capacity, proactively secure supply sources, and develop flexible plans to ensure stable production and avoid supply chain disruptions, while maintaining strict cost control.

Recognizing the positive achievements in 2025, he also stressed the importance of maintaining and improving employee income, as this is a key factor for sustainable development.

Regarding future tasks, Group leadership requested the Company to focus on maintaining safe and stable production; strengthening cost management; ensuring product quality; diversifying markets and products in a focused manner; accelerating investment progress while improving efficiency; enhancing labor productivity; and tightening discipline, particularly in occupational safety.

Regarding the relocation project in Bim Son, he emphasized that this is a key and strategic task. Its implementation must be carried out systematically and scientifically, ensuring progress, quality, and efficiency, while fully complying with legal regulations and closely coordinating with authorities and localities. The Company must also pay special attention to ensuring stable employment and livelihoods for employees during the project.

He affirmed that the relocation project is not only a necessity but also an opportunity for restructuring, technological innovation, and enhancing production capacity toward green and sustainable development. He also highlighted internal unity as a core factor enabling the Company to overcome challenges and achieve long-term growth.
