Some journeys are about more than simply taking a break after busy working days. What lingers is not the number of destinations reached, but the moments when people gather, talk, and grow to understand each other better. For Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (NIFERCO), the 2026 staff and family outing was just such an experience.

From 5th to 10th July 2026, the company’s Trade Union organised a trip to Quang Binh under the theme “Strength in Unity – Success Through Connection”, welcoming employees and their loved ones. The event took place over two phases – the first from 5th to 7th July, and the second from 8th to 10th July – ensuring that as many staff as possible could take part, while company operations continued smoothly.

The true value of this trip was not merely in the destination. Sharing the experience were not only staff, but also their family members. Three days may not seem long, but they provided many families with precious time together. Shared excursions, group games, and simple conversations created a warm, cheerful atmosphere. The distance between colleagues grew smaller; outside the usual routines of work, everyone had the chance to see each other from a new, more open perspective.

For years, these outings have become an annual tradition at Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company. The regularity of these events reflects the leadership’s and Trade Union’s genuine care for both the material and spiritual wellbeing of staff. This concern is shown not only through policies and benefits, but also through practical initiatives that help employees recharge, maintain work–life balance, and strengthen their bond with the company.

As the journey to Quang Binh drew to a close, participants returned not just with photographs and memories, but with renewed energy and a sense of enthusiasm following meaningful days away. Each member of staff came back to work with a more positive mindset, ready to continue moving forward with the company.
