Ms. Hồ Tuấn Dương Đình Bảo Ngọc Contributes to VinachemMart Development through Training and Operational Support
During the development of the VinachemMart e-commerce platform, in addition to the core management and operations team, many staff members from member units have actively participated in supporting, sharing experiences, and contributing ideas. Ms. Hồ Tuấn Dương Đình Bảo Ngọc, Modern Trade Channel Sales Specialist at LIX Detergent Joint Stock Company, is one of the outstanding individuals recently awarded a Certificate of Merit by the General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group for her contributions to training, operational support, and the development of VinachemMart.

With experience in business and e-commerce, Ms. Bảo Ngọc helped develop the training plan and directly delivered training sessions for VinachemMart’s member units. At these sessions, 36 core personnel were guided on store operation procedures, SEO skills, sales content creation, product photography, and mobile video marketing.
It is encouraging that after the training program, all participants could perform basic operations on the platform. Many units, previously inexperienced with e-commerce, have gradually become more proactive in store management, product updates, and leveraging digital sales tools.

Beyond training, Ms. Bảo Ngọc supported the completion of standard operating procedures and participated in internal training for the unit directly managing VinachemMart. Standardizing processes has helped reduce order processing errors, improve coordination between departments, and facilitate onboarding and guidance for new staff. A comprehensive set of operations and training documents has also contributed to the platform’s stable and continuous operation.
While working alongside VinachemMart, Ms. Bảo Ngọc has actively proposed many solutions to promote the platform’s activities. Notably, the “100% + n Launch Campaign” was established to encourage units to expand the number of stores, increase product offerings, and take a more proactive approach to digital business. She also contributed ideas for sales programs marking the platform’s first anniversary, helping to promote VinachemMart’s image and attract more users.
In addition to training and business development activities, Ms. Bảo Ngọc has proactively researched and compared VinachemMart with major e-commerce platforms to suggest relevant improvements. Drawing from actual operations, she provided feedback on upgrading Seller Center features, improving product management tools, and enhancing the user experience.
The work Ms. Hồ Tuấn Dương Đình Bảo Ngọc has done may not always be reflected in concrete numbers, but it has helped member units engage more efficiently with e-commerce and enabled VinachemMart’s operations to become increasingly systematic and smooth. The Certificate of Merit from the General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group is a well-deserved recognition of her sense of responsibility, initiative, and practical contributions to VinachemMart’s overall operations and the Group’s digital transformation journey.
