Mr. Lương Hòa Hiệp – Contributing to Bringing Casumina Products to Customers on the VinachemMart Digital Platform

Mr. Lương Hòa Hiệp, Acting Head of the Sales – Marketing Department at Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (Casumina), is among the individuals recently awarded a Certificate of Merit by the General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) for outstanding achievements in building, operating, and developing the VinachemMart e-commerce platform.

The performance of Casumina’s booth on VinachemMart has shown many positive signs, with 139 successful orders, revenue exceeding 2.6 billion VND, and an additional 870 new user accounts registered on the platform. Behind these figures are the efforts of the entire unit and the direct contributions of Mr. Lương Hòa Hiệp in helping Casumina products reach customers through digital business methods.

With many years of experience in sales and marketing, Mr. Hiệp realized early on that e-commerce is not simply about listing products online. In the tire industry, where each product line has different technical characteristics and uses, providing comprehensive and easily accessible information is crucial for helping customers choose the right product.

From the earliest days of operating Casumina’s booth on VinachemMart, Mr. Hiệp personally participated in reviewing, standardizing, and reorganizing the product data system. Hundreds of tire models were updated with technical details, images, and descriptions tailored to customer needs. Specifications such as tire size, load, speed rating, and tread pattern were presented in an easy-to-understand way, making it more convenient for customers to search and select products.
Standardizing product data has produced clear results. Traffic and searches for tire products on VinachemMart have increased by about 30% per month on average, while order volume for tire products has risen by approximately 25%. These are signals that customers are increasingly interested in and can more easily access Casumina’s products through the digital platform.

In addition to data management, Mr. Hiệp has dedicated significant time to improving the customer service process on the e-commerce platform. From receiving inquiries, consulting on product selection, and processing orders to coordinating deliveries, he proactively works with relevant departments to ensure smooth transactions.

According to Mr. Hiệp, for any e-commerce platform, customer satisfaction depends not only on product quality but also on the shopping experience. Customers need timely support, correct products, and on-time delivery. Thanks to close coordination among departments, Casumina’s on-time order processing rate has always remained above 97%. Furthermore, the repeat customer rate is 20–30%, indicating growing trust in this online sales channel.

During the development of VinachemMart, shipping costs have also been a major concern. For tires, logistics significantly affects pricing and competitiveness. Recognizing this, Mr. Hiệp has actively coordinated with related units and leveraged Casumina’s existing distributor network to support delivery, helping to optimize shipping costs for customers.

Beyond his own unit’s activities, Mr. Hiệp regularly shares operational experience and solutions for selling on VinachemMart with other member units of the Group. This collaboration has supported the broader development of Vinachem’s e-commerce platform.

The Certificate of Merit from the Group’s General Director recognizes Mr. Lương Hòa Hiệp’s contributions to building and developing VinachemMart. Through concrete tasks like standardizing product data, supporting customers, processing orders, and optimizing operations, he has helped Casumina products reach customers more effectively in the digital environment.
