Leadership Directions

In his speech, Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Members’ Council, frankly and openly shared with company workers about the general context, Group results, and expectations for the company going forward.

Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Members’ Council, delivering directions at the conference

He recognized the great efforts of the workforce, noting that in 2025 the company stopped making losses and began to turn a profit. Although the figure is not large, it is highly significant, laying the foundation for recovery and development. The company’s product quality has also improved markedly compared to previous years, gaining favorable recognition from partners and customers, opening up opportunities for domestic market expansion and export.

He emphasized that the core issue now is market and sales organization. All staff and workers need to be more proactive in proposing solutions, finding customers, and expanding distribution channels; reviewing the entire sales system for professionalism and flexibility, protecting the distributor network. The company should boldly expand into neighboring markets like Laos and Cambodia and gradually approach more distant markets, without being overly concerned about initial access costs.

Additionally, the company needs to review its product structure, focus on developing high-quality, competitive products, research new products, avoid spreading resources thinly without highlights. Investing in additional lines and technology upgrades to create new, high value-added products is seen as a necessary direction ahead.

One issue of special concern is workers’ well-being. He suggested the company study options for setting up a communal dining facility to ensure nutrition, food safety, and improve living conditions for workers. He also proposed that company leaders continue to consider solutions to gradually increase incomes, so workers can feel secure and committed long-term.

Concluding his remarks, Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp reaffirmed his ongoing support for the company and called for the Hanoi Soap Joint Stock Company’s workforce to continue promoting solidarity, initiative, creativity, and perseverance to gradually improve business efficiency, increase incomes, and build a stronger brand.
