On the morning of 23rd July, DAP No 2 – Vinachem Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to announce the Board of Directors’ personnel decisions. Accordingly, Mr. Trần Văn Khóa, Head of the Economics Department, was appointed Deputy General Director of DAP No 2 – Vinachem Joint Stock Company; the Board also announced the reappointment of Mr. Nguyễn Văn Tú as Deputy General Director.

Present at the ceremony were Mr. Nguyễn Tuấn Anh, Chairman of the Board; Mr. Vũ Việt Tiến, General Director; members of the Board of Directors, Executive Board, department and unit leaders, and key staff.

In his address, Chairman Nguyễn Tuấn Anh emphasised the special significance of personnel work for the company’s development. Strengthening the leadership team aims to meet new requirements, further enhance management capabilities, maximise the effectiveness of high-quality human resources, and drive achievement of the company’s business and sustainable development objectives.

Mr. Trần Văn Khóa appointed Deputy General Director

At the ceremony, Mr. Trịnh Đức Long, Head of Organisation and Administration, announced Decision No. 79/QD-HĐQT dated 23rd July 2026, appointing Mr. Trần Văn Khóa as Deputy General Director for a five-year term from 23rd July 2026.

Mr. Trần Văn Khóa, born in 1985 in Bac Ninh province, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the National Economics University and an Intermediate Certificate in Political Theory. Having joined the chemical sector in 2008 at Ha Bac Fertilizer and Chemical Limited Company, he has nearly 17 years’ experience in planning, business, and procurement. He moved to DAP No 2 – Vinachem Joint Stock Company in 2015, holding roles including Deputy Head of Planning and Investment, Head of Procurement, and Head of Economics since 2022.

During his career, Mr. Trần Văn Khóa has been directly involved in raw material and procurement management, product sales, and has proactively proposed solutions to improve supply chain management, helping ensure stable production and enhance business efficiency. With extensive experience and understanding in production, business, and corporate governance, he is recognised as a capable and responsible leader.

In addition to his professional work, he is a member of the Company’s Party Committee Executive Board and Secretary of the Economics Department Party Cell. In 2025, he was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group for outstanding achievements.

Presenting the decision and assigning duties, Chairman Nguyễn Tuấn Anh congratulated Mr. Trần Văn Khóa on his new role, expressing confidence that as Deputy General Director, he will continue to demonstrate his ability and experience, work with the executive team to maintain unity, innovate management, enhance business effectiveness, build a professional working environment, ensure employment and income for staff, and contribute positively to the company’s sustainable development.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Trần Văn Khóa expressed his honour at the trust placed in him by the Board and company staff. He pledged to continue learning, improving his skills and management abilities, and to work with the leadership and employees to fulfil assigned tasks, contributing to the stable, effective, and sustainable development of DAP No 2 – Vinachem Joint Stock Company.

Reappointment of Mr. Nguyễn Văn Tú as Deputy General Director

Also at the ceremony, the Board announced the reappointment of Mr. Nguyễn Văn Tú as Deputy General Director of DAP No 2 – Vinachem Joint Stock Company.

The reappointment reflects the Board and management’s recognition of Mr. Nguyễn Văn Tú’s contributions in managing and operating the company. As Deputy General Director, he has worked with the executive team to implement key tasks, maintain stable production, enhance management effectiveness, and gradually improve competitiveness and business performance.

The company’s leadership believes that with his experience and deep understanding of the company’s operations, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Tú will continue to fulfil his responsibilities, working with the leadership team to innovate and successfully accomplish assigned tasks, contributing to the sustainable development of DAP No 2 – Vinachem Joint Stock Company.

The announcement ceremony marks an important milestone in strengthening the company’s leadership team. It is not only recognition of capable, experienced, and dedicated officers, but also reflects the Board and management’s determination to build a leadership team equipped to meet new development requirements, laying the foundation for the company to further enhance business effectiveness, improve competitiveness, and contribute actively to the development of Vietnam National Chemical Group.
