Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, trade union dues, reward and welfare funds, and social security funds were all fully, openly, and transparently implemented at the conference for employee monitoring.

Through the Trade Union, many practical care activities were regularly maintained, such as visiting employees during illness, maternity, bereavements, and celebrations; supporting struggling union members; rewarding innovations; organizing tours and vacations; and giving gifts for holidays and Tet—with total expenditures of VND 1.4 billion for the year. The working environment was improved to be “Bright – Green – Clean – Beautiful”; occupational safety, fire prevention, and environmental protection were strictly controlled, with no serious labor accidents or environmental incidents.

The company focused on training, rational restructuring and use of labor; encouraged technical innovation, with 18 recognized initiatives; effectively implemented workplace democracy, organized direct dialogues, and amended and supplemented the collective labor agreement—signed immediately at the conference, demonstrating the partnership between employer and employees.
Additionally, the company accelerated investment, especially with the implementation of the Gypsum Treatment and Recycling Project (capacity 850,000 tons/year), gradually solving environmental issues and laying the foundation for sustainable growth. Technical innovation and emulation movements were widely promoted, with many individuals and teams receiving awards at various levels.
