On the afternoon of April 23, 2026, Can Tho Fertilizer and Chemical Joint Stock Company held the 2026 Employee Representative Conference to evaluate the results of production and business activities in 2025 and to set directions and tasks for 2026. The conference demonstrated the spirit of democracy, solidarity, and high determination of all employees in successfully achieving the company’s production and business objectives.

Attending the conference were Comrade Nguyễn Văn Luyện – Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group; Comrade Nguyễn Huy Thông – Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union; along with 120 delegates representing 355 employees across the company.

Outstanding Achievement of Many Production and Business Targets in 2025

At the conference, delegates listened to the report on the implementation results of production and business tasks in 2025, with many key targets exceeding the planned goals.

Specifically, in 2025, the company produced 74,564 tons of products, reaching 129% of the plan; sold 67,465 tons, reaching 116% of the plan. Total revenue reached 1,704 billion VND, equivalent to 137% of the plan; pre-tax profit reached 7.668 billion VND, equivalent to 118% of the plan.

Alongside these achievements, the company always pays close attention to the welfare of its employees. The average income in 2025 reached 10.4 million VND/person/month, an increase of 10% compared to the previous year; 100% of employees participated fully in all insurance schemes as regulated.

During the year, the company continued to invest in equipment upgrades, improve working conditions, focus on occupational safety and environmental protection. As a result, production activities were maintained stably, with no serious workplace accidents occurring.

Based on these achievements, the conference agreed on the orientation and tasks for 2026 with several important targets. Accordingly, the company aims for total revenue of 1,781 billion VND; NPK fertilizer output of 61,000 tons; organic fertilizer output of 2,200 tons; detergent powder output of 12,500 tons; import-export turnover of 22.708 million USD; pre-tax profit of 7.1 billion VND; and an average employee income of 11.22 million VND/person/month.

To achieve these targets, the company is determined to further promote the movement of creative labor emulation; encourage innovation and technical improvement; strengthen cost-saving measures; increase labor productivity; and enhance the competitiveness of its products in the market.

Democratic Dialogue, Promptly Addressing Employees’ Proposals

One of the key contents of the conference was the discussion and contributions from employees. Representatives from various units raised practical recommendations regarding working conditions; improving the quality of shift meals; enhancing the production environment; increasing protective equipment, and solutions to boost production and business efficiency.

The Presidium and company leadership directly listened and specifically addressed each proposal in a spirit of openness and responsibility. Many issues were clarified on the spot at the conference, while the company’s leaders also committed to continue researching and supplementing appropriate solutions to further improve working conditions and the welfare of employees.

Through democratic dialogue activities, the relationship between employees and the company continued to be strengthened, creating a high level of consensus throughout the company.

Upholding Directives, Determined to Successfully Fulfill the 2026 Mission

In his directive speech at the conference, Comrade Nguyễn Văn Luyện – Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group – acknowledged and praised the results the company achieved in 2025, especially the accomplishment of exceeding many key targets amid ongoing challenges.

The Deputy General Director of the Group requested the company to continue promoting solidarity; proactively innovate technology; improve product quality; expand market reach, and strengthen cost management to enhance production and business efficiency.

Particularly, he emphasized the importance of building a green – clean – beautiful working environment, closely adhering to strict regulations on environmental protection, occupational safety and health, and developing production towards sustainability. This is not only an immediate requirement but also a crucial factor in enhancing the company’s image and ensuring long-term health for employees.

Additionally, Comrade Nguyễn Văn Luyện also suggested that the company continue to pay attention to improving employees’ quality of life, striving so that by 2026–2027, the average income of employees will gradually reach about 16 million VND/person/month, thereby motivating employees to stay committed and contribute long-term to the company’s development.

On behalf of the company’s Board of Directors, Comrade Nguyễn Công Huân – General Director of Can Tho Fertilizer and Chemical Joint Stock Company – expressed full acknowledgment of the directives from the Group’s leadership. The General Director affirmed that these directives will be concretized into practical action programs, focusing on improving production and business efficiency; enhancing working conditions; ensuring labor safety; and increasing employees’ income.

With a spirit of unity and high determination, the 2026 Employee Representative Conference of Can Tho Fertilizer and Chemical Joint Stock Company concluded successfully, creating important momentum for all staff and workers to continue striving to successfully accomplish the production and business goals for 2026 and the years to come.
