Towards the Development of Cosmetics and Consumer Chemicals
In the meeting with Cosmetic Valley, General Director Nguyễn Hữu Tú affirmed Vinachem’s desire to expand cooperation in cosmetics, consumer chemicals, and biotechnology-based products.

According to the General Director, Vietnam’s rich plant resources enable the development of natural ingredients, essential oils, and herbal extracts for the cosmetics industry. Combining Vietnam’s raw materials with Cosmetic Valley’s technology, research experience, and innovation ecosystem will create opportunities to develop high value-added product lines.
He also suggested both sides enhance cooperation in researching extraction processes for natural ingredients and developing personal care products meeting European standards; as well as increasing information exchange on quality management, international standards, and new EU market regulations.
Fostering Genuine Cooperation Between Enterprises of Both Countries
During the programme, Lix Detergent JSC introduced its flagship products to French partners. According to Vinachem’s leadership, this is a concrete step to directly access high-standard markets, gain feedback from international partners to improve products, and gradually move into cosmetics and personal care.

At the end of the working programme, Vinachem and France Chimie Normandie signed an MoU to establish a cooperation framework in research, technology transfer, business networking, human resource training, and investment promotion between the two parties.

On this occasion, Vinachem and Cosmetic Valley also signed a Letter of Intent, reflecting their desire to promote cooperation in cosmetics, consumer chemicals, research and development of ingredients, technology, and innovation, laying the foundation for further specific cooperation programmes in the near future.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, General Director Nguyễn Hữu Tú emphasised that these cooperation documents are significant milestones, helping to strengthen connections among enterprises, research institutes, and organisations in Vietnam and France on the basis of goodwill, trust, and mutual development.
The business trip to France continues to reaffirm Vinachem’s proactive international integration strategy, expanding cooperation with France’s leading organisations and enterprises, laying the groundwork for technology transfer, product development, and building Vietnam’s chemical industry in a green, modern, and sustainable direction.
