Vinachem Appoints Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện as Concurrent Chairman of the Members’ Council of Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer Limited Company
On 14 September 2026, the Members’ Council of the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) issued Decision No. 489/QĐ-HCVN appointing Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện, Deputy General Director of the Group, to concurrently serve as Chairman of the Members’ Council of Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer Limited Company.
According to the decision, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện is appointed for a term of five years, effective from 14 September 2026.
Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện was born in 1975 in Hai Phong and holds a master’s degree in economics and an advanced certificate in political theory. Before joining Vinachem, he was Head of Division at the Department of Local Industry and Trade, Ministry of Industry and Trade.
In 2018, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện was appointed as a Controller at Vinachem. He later became Head of the Supervisory Board and is currently Deputy General Director of the Group.
Under Decision No. 489/QĐ-HCVN, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện will continue to serve as Deputy General Director of Vinachem while concurrently holding the position of Chairman of the Members’ Council of Ninh Binh Nitrogenous Fertilizer Limited Company for a five-year term.
