Vinachem Announces Reappointment of Deputy General Director
On July 1, 2026, the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) held a ceremony to announce and present the decision on the reappointment of Mr. Lê Ngọc Quang as Deputy General Director of the Group.
According to Decision No. 259/QĐ-HCVN dated May 6, 2026, of the Vinachem Members’ Council, Mr. Lê Ngọc Quang was reappointed as Deputy General Director of Vinachem for a five-year term starting from May 11, 2026.
In his remarks, Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp congratulated Mr. Lê Ngọc Quang on once again being entrusted with this important responsibility by the Group’s leadership.
Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp noted that this is the third time Mr. Lê Ngọc Quang has been appointed as Deputy General Director. Throughout his career—from university graduation to date—he has remained dedicated to the chemical industry, growing within the Group and serving in various roles from specialist, department and division leader, to Chief Accountant and Deputy General Director.
The Chairman emphasized that Mr. Lê Ngọc Quang’s career has been one of continuous effort, self-improvement, and dedication. His contributions have played an important part in the Group’s development through many periods.
He also shared that, during the reappointment review process, Mr. Lê Ngọc Quang received very high trust from the Group’s leadership and key officials. This is recognition of his capabilities, character, responsibility, and work achievements to date.
Looking to the future, Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp expressed hope and expectation that Mr. Lê Ngọc Quang will continue to leverage his experience and abilities, work together with the Group’s leadership in unity and innovation, and excel in assigned tasks, contributing to Vinachem’s sustainable development in the new period.
In his acceptance speech, Mr. Lê Ngọc Quang expressed his deep appreciation to the Members’ Council and the Group’s leadership for their trust, as well as gratitude for the support of colleagues throughout his career.
He shared that he has now been attached to the chemical industry and Vinachem for 35 years. During that time, he and all employees have overcome many difficult periods and contributed to the Group’s major developmental milestones. In his assigned role, he pledged to continue making dedicated efforts together with the leadership team to improve governance, business and production efficiency, and to build a united, professional, and innovative working environment.
He also shared the work philosophy he has always pursued: every task must be performed with the highest sense of responsibility, treating it as his own “product” and bearing full responsibility for the result. He believes every staff member should always set higher standards for themselves and continually seek optimal solutions to improve quality and efficiency for the Group’s overall development.
Concluding his remarks, Mr. Lê Ngọc Quang expressed his hope for continued attention and guidance from the Group’s leadership, close cooperation from member units, and solidarity among all staff to successfully complete assigned tasks and contribute to the sustainable development of Vinachem.
