On April 28, 2026, Vietnam National Chemical Group issued Decision No. 245/QĐ-HCVN appointing Ms. Vũ Thị Bích Ngọc—Specialist of the Finance and Accounting Department—as Deputy Head of the General Finance Department under the Finance and Accounting Department, with a five-year term.

Ms. Vũ Thị Bích Ngọc, born May 30, 1985, in Ninh Binh, holds a bachelor's degree in economics, majoring in accounting, and has many years of experience in finance and corporate management.

Prior to her appointment, she spent nearly 20 years working at the Group, serving as a specialist in the Finance and Accounting Department. During her tenure, she was entrusted by the Group to participate in the Supervisory Board of several member units, such as Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company and Viet Tri Chemicals Joint Stock Company.

The appointment of Ms. Vũ Thị Bích Ngọc reflects the Group's recognition of her professional capability, practical experience, and continuous dedication in the financial sector. This contributes to enhancing the efficiency of financial and accounting management and promotes the sustainable development of the Group in the new period.
