May 5, 2026, Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) issued Decision No. 258/QĐ-HCVN appointing Mr. Trần Anh Vũ as Head of the Group's Legal Department.

Strengthening the position of Head of the Legal Department is an important step to further enhance legal affairs, compliance control, anti-corruption efforts, and improve corporate governance efficiency across the Group. This appointment responds to increasing demands in the context of accelerated restructuring, digital transformation, and sustainable development.

Mr. Trần Anh Vũ was born on June 18, 1975, in Việt Trì, Phú Thọ Province. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and an Intermediate degree in Political Theory.

Before his appointment, Mr. Vũ served as Deputy Head, in charge of the Legal Department from May 2023 to the present. He has also held Party positions such as Deputy Chairman of the Group's Party Committee Inspection Commission and Deputy Secretary of the Internal Audit – Legal Department Party Cell.

With over 20 years of experience in legal affairs, administration, inspection, and corporate governance, Mr. Vũ has held numerous important positions and has practical experience in corporate governance, having served as the Group's capital representative.

With a solid professional foundation, extensive practical experience, and continuous service in legal, inspection, and supervisory roles, Mr. Trần Anh Vũ is expected to continue leveraging his abilities and effectively advise the Group’s leadership on perfecting internal regulations, ensuring legal compliance, and enhancing the quality of corporate governance—contributing to the sustainable development of Vietnam National Chemical Group in the new era.
