On May 5, 2026, Vietnam National Chemical Group issued Decision No. 255/QĐ-HCVN appointing Ms. Lưu Thanh Hồng as Head of the Group's Communications and Development Department.

Ms. Lưu Thanh Hồng was born on August 14, 1989, in Gia Trấn, Ninh Bình. She holds a Master’s degree in Economic Management and has formal training in finance-banking, accounting, and management. Having held various positions within the chemical enterprise system and the Group's executive agency, Ms. Hồng is regarded as a multi-skilled officer with strong organizational thinking, deep understanding of enterprise operations, and rich experience in advisory, coordination, and executive communications.

Prior to her appointment, Ms. Hồng was Deputy Head, in charge of the Communications and Development Department, and concurrently served as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Can Tho Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company. She has also worked at Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company, NET Detergent Joint Stock Company, and the Vietnam National Chemical Group in various roles.

With a continuous career from 2010 to the present, comprehensive experience in finance, administration, and communications, and direct management of the Communications and Development Department, Ms. Hồng has effectively advised and organized numerous key communication activities, contributing to enhancing the Group’s image, brand, and internal communications.

The appointment of Ms. Lưu Thanh Hồng as Head of the Communications and Development Department demonstrates the Group leadership’s trust in personnel who have grown from practical experience. It meets the need to improve the quality of communications, brand development, and information management, accompanying the Group’s digital and green transformation in the new era.
