May 5, 2026, Vietnam National Chemical Group issued Decision No. 256/QĐ-HCVN appointing Mr. Khúc Ngọc Giảng as Head of the Group's Investment and Construction Department.

Mr. Khúc Ngọc Giảng, born November 15, 1980, in Hưng Yên, holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management and has many years of experience in construction audit, investment management, and corporate management within the Group.

Before his appointment, Mr. Giảng had over 20 years of experience in construction audit and investment management, having held positions such as Head of Construction Audit Department at an auditing firm; Specialist, Deputy Head of Investment and Construction Department; and Acting Deputy Head in charge of the Investment and Construction Department at the Group.

During his career, he has also been entrusted by the Group to represent its capital in several member units, holding important leadership roles such as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Board Member.

The appointment of Mr. Khúc Ngọc Giảng as Head of the Investment and Construction Department reflects the Group's recognition of his professional capabilities, practical experience, and continuous dedication in investment and construction management. It marks an important contribution to project management, investment efficiency, and the sustainable development of the Group in the new era.
