On the morning of December 31, 2025, Vietnam Apatite One Member Limited Liability Company (VINAAPACO) held a conference to review and evaluate the results of work in 2025 and to deploy tasks for 2026.

Attending and providing direction to the Conference were Comrade Nguyễn Văn Quý, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Chemical Group; Comrade Lê Hoàng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Director of the Vietnam National Chemical Group; and Comrade Hoàng Mạnh Thắng, Member of the Members’ Council of the Vietnam National Chemical Group. Also attending the Conference were representatives of the leadership of advisory and assisting departments of the Group’s Party Committee; the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union; representatives of party committees and authorities of wards and communes in the area; members of the Standing Committee of the Company’s Party Committee; secretaries, deputy secretaries, and representatives of affiliated party cells.

Comprehensive Assessment of 2025 Work Results

At the Conference, delegates listened to and discussed the 2025 work summary report, comprehensively assessing the results of leadership, direction, and organization in implementing political tasks and Party building work of VINAAPACO; at the same time, frankly pointing out existing shortcomings and limitations, their causes, and proposing orientations, tasks, and key solutions for 2026.

In 2025, although facing many difficulties and challenges, under the close leadership and direction of the Party Committee and leadership of the Vietnam National Chemical Group; the coordination and support of Lào Cai Province and local authorities; together with the spirit of unity and consensus of the Party Executive Committee and the collective leadership of the Company, key tasks were implemented in a synchronized and effective manner. The Party Committee of VINAAPACO successfully organized the Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term; mass organizations continuously renewed their content and methods of operation, actively participating in Party building and the building of a strong political system.

In the field of production and business, the Party Committee and leadership of VINAAPACO were flexible and resolute in leadership and management, completing and exceeding the targets and tasks assigned by the Group. Employment and income of workers were ensured and continuously improved. In 2025, the average salary of employees reached over VND 22.9 million per person per month, equivalent to 144.9% of the annual plan, an increase of more than VND 5 million per person per month compared to 2024.

The Conference also devoted significant time for delegates to discuss and present papers, clarifying achieved results as well as shortcomings and limitations; at the same time proposing key, breakthrough, and creative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of leadership, direction, and organization in implementing tasks in 2026, with determination to successfully complete the targets and tasks assigned by the Vietnam National Chemical Group.

Directive Remarks at the Conference

In his directive remarks, Comrade Nguyễn Văn Quý, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Chemical Group, acknowledged, commended, and highly appreciated the efforts and achievements of the Party Committee, Members’ Council, Board of General Directors, and all cadres, Party members, and employees of VINAAPACO in leadership, direction, and effective implementation of political tasks and Party building work in 2025.

He emphasized that 2026 is forecast to continue to face many difficulties and challenges intertwined with new development opportunities. To successfully accomplish the assigned tasks, the entire Party Committee and employees of VINAAPACO need to continue to enhance political determination, promote a proactive and creative spirit, dare to think, dare to act, dare to take responsibility, turn challenges into opportunities, and create momentum for sustainable development.

He expressed agreement with and high appreciation for the orientations, objectives, tasks, and solutions set out in the Report, and requested that the Company’s Party Committee focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of several key tasks:

• Continue to strengthen Party building in all aspects: political and ideological work, organization and personnel, inspection and supervision, prevention and control of corruption and negative practices; strictly implement resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee and higher-level Party Committees, especially the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on the development of science and technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.
• Effectively implement Conclusion No. 208-KL/TW of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the reorganization of Party organizations in economic groups; complete working regulations and related provisions concerning the organizational model of the Company’s Party Committee, ensuring smooth and synchronized operations.
• Effectively carry out inspection and supervision work; strengthen solutions for the prevention and control of corruption and negative practices.
• Promote mass mobilization work, effectively implement grassroots democracy regulations; take good care of the material and spiritual life of employees; promptly grasp ideological and political developments among cadres, Party members, and employees.
• Lead and direct the effective implementation of the 2026 production and business plan, striving to complete and exceed the set targets, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Company’s Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term.

With the efforts of the entire Party Committee, Comrade Nguyễn Văn Quý expressed his confidence that, with its tradition of unity and high determination, VINAAPACO will continue to promote collective strength, overcome difficulties and challenges, and successfully accomplish its objectives and tasks in 2026 and the years to come.

At the Conference, the leadership of the Vietnam National Chemical Group and the leadership of VINAAPACO presented Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in carrying out tasks in 2025.
