Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company Appoints New General Director
On June 16, 2026, the Board of Directors of Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company issued Resolution No. 08/QĐ-HĐQT regarding the appointment of Mr. Lê Ngọc Nhân, a Member of the Board of Directors, as General Director of Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company, effective from June 16, 2026.
According to the decision, in his new position, Mr. Lê Ngọc Nhân is responsible for fully exercising the rights and performing the duties of the General Director as stipulated by law, the company’s charter, and current internal management regulations. He is also entitled to salary and other benefits as per company policy.
Mr. Lê Ngọc Nhân was born on November 1, 1970, in Ninh Bình province. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering (Inorganic Technology) from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, a Bachelor of Economics (International Economics), and an Intermediate Degree in Political and Administrative Theory.
During his career, Mr. Lê Ngọc Nhân has held various professional and management positions at enterprises in the chemical industry, gaining extensive experience in corporate management, business operations, investment, and material supply. Before being appointed as General Director of Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company, he was the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director, Member of the Board of Directors, and Representative of the Vietnam National Chemical Group’s capital at DAP - Vinachem Joint Stock Company.
With many years of experience in corporate management and administration, Mr. Lê Ngọc Nhân is expected to work with the leadership team of Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company to continue promoting the company’s tradition of unity and innovation, improving management capacity, effectively utilizing resources, boosting production and business activities, and contributing to the stable and sustainable development of the company.
The appointment of Mr. Lê Ngọc Nhân as General Director is a step towards consolidating the executive leadership team of Viet Tri Chemical Joint Stock Company, meeting the development requirements of the company in the new period, helping to accomplish business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and further affirm the company’s position in the chemical industry.
