To promote physical exercise, improve the health of staff, officials, and workers, as well as to spread the spirit of digital transformation and build the image of a modern, green chemical industry, the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) has officially opened registration for the online race “Vinachem’s Progress 2026 – Greening the Chemical Industry.”

The race is organized on the Strava platform, connected to the 84Race system, allowing participants to freely choose suitable times and locations for running or walking throughout the event period.

REGISTRATION & COMPETITION SCHEDULE

• Registration opens: From May 12, 2026
• Result recording period: From 00:00, May 15, 2026 to 23:59, May 30, 2026

PARTICIPATION FORMAT

The race is open to all officials, staff, and workers across the entire Vinachem system.

Notably, participants will compete in TEAMS/UNITS to accumulate collective achievements, foster team spirit, and spread the sports movement throughout the Group.

When registering, athletes must select their correct unit to ensure accurate recording of both individual and team achievements.

REGISTRATION CODE

Participants use the registration code: VINACHEM to join the race and connect to the official competition system.

COMPETITION DETAILS

• Format: Outdoor running/walking with GPS
• Tracking platform: Strava connected to 84Race
• Results are based on the total accumulated valid distance
• Complete at least 45 km to receive an electronic certificate and e-medal

PRIZE STRUCTURE

The race features both individual and team awards with many valuable prizes for outstanding participants and units.

Units with over 50% of staff completing the race will be considered for team prizes based on average total distance and number of participants.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Activities are only recognized if performed outdoors with clear GPS signal
• Data from treadmills or manual edits will not be accepted
• Each participant may use only one Strava account
• Strava accounts must be set to public for the system to synchronize results

The online race “Vinachem’s Progress 2026 – Greening the Chemical Industry” is a meaningful playground contributing to building a healthy, modern, and united working environment, and aims towards the green and sustainable development of Vietnam’s chemical industry.
