Ms. Nguyễn Thị Mai Appointed as Member of the Members’ Council of Vietnam Apatit Limited Company
On 14th July 2026, the Members’ Council of Vietnam National Chemical Group issued Decision No. 373/QD-HCVN appointing Ms. Nguyễn Thị Mai as a Member of the Members’ Council of Vietnam Apatit Limited Company (VINAAPACO) for a five-year term.
Under the decision, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Mai, Deputy Head of the Technical Department of Vietnam National Chemical Group, is concurrently appointed as a Member of the Members’ Council of Vietnam Apatit Limited Company. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Ms. Nguyễn Thị Mai, born in 1976, holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a Chemical Engineering graduate. She is currently Deputy Head of the Technical Department at Vietnam National Chemical Group. Over the course of her career, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Mai has gained extensive experience in science and technology management, production management, and corporate governance. She has consistently fulfilled her assigned duties and contributed significantly to the Group’s production and business operations.
The appointment of Ms. Nguyễn Thị Mai to the Members’ Council of Vietnam Apatit Limited Company is intended to further strengthen the company’s leadership, enhance governance and operational capacity, and meet the demands of development in the new period.
With her technical expertise and practical experience in production and enterprise management, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Mai is expected to work closely with the Members’ Council and the executive board of Vietnam Apatit Limited Company to optimise resources, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the effective exploitation and use of apatit ore. This will help secure a stable supply of raw materials for the fertiliser and chemical production chain, contributing to the successful achievement of the development goals of Vietnam National Chemical Group.
