Ministry of Finance Commends 13 Outstanding Vinachem Collectives and Individuals for 2025 Achievements
At the mid-year review conference for 2026 of Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem), the Ministry of Finance announced its decision to award Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025, recognising their significant contributions to the development of the Group and the Vietnamese chemical industry as a whole.
According to Decision No. 1727/QD-BTC dated 30th June 2026 from the Minister of Finance, six collectives and seven individuals from Vinachem were awarded Certificates of Merit for their excellent performance in 2025. This recognition reflects the commitment, innovation, and responsibility shown by these units and individuals in production, business, and corporate governance.
The six collectives awarded:
- DAP-Vinachem Joint Stock Company
- DAP No 2 – Vinachem Joint Stock Company
- Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (NIFERCO)
- The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (SFJC)
- Vietnam Pesticide Joint Stock Company (VIPESCO)
- Vietnam Institute of Industrial Chemistry
The seven individuals awarded:
- Mr. Vũ Văn Bằng, General Director of DAP-Vinachem Joint Stock Company
- Mr. Vũ Việt Tiến, General Director of DAP No 2 – Vinachem Joint Stock Company
- Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đông, General Director of Vietnam Apatit Limited Company (VINAAPACO)
- Mr. Phạm Mạnh Ninh, Chairman of Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (NIFERCO)
- Mr. Đỗ Văn Tuấn, General Director of The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (SFJC)
- Mr. Nguyễn Thân, General Director of Vietnam Pesticide Joint Stock Company (VIPESCO)
- Mr. Trần Đại Nghĩa, Deputy General Director of Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemicals Joint Stock Company
At the award ceremony, Deputy Minister Lê Tấn Cận presented the Certificates of Merit to the collectives and individuals. Joining the ceremony, Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Members’ Council of Vinachem, and Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú, Deputy Party Secretary, Member of the Members’ Council, and General Director of Vinachem, congratulated the recipients with flowers.
The Ministry of Finance’s recognition of 13 Vinachem collectives and individuals is not only an acknowledgement of their outstanding results in 2025, but also a great source of encouragement for all units and staff across the Group to continue fostering unity, innovation, and efficiency in production and business, thereby contributing to Vinachem’s future development goals.
